So the past few weeks have been jam packed with music.
New music and singing galore. Hillsongs, Kry (yay!), corinne bailey ray and mercy me...

I just got the new MercyMe album through the post (amazon baby! woot) and personally, i really like the layout of their CD and the sleeve...they called it undone, the lead singer said:
"We decided on the title 'undone' because it sums up where we are as a ministry and as individuals. We thought we knew where we were headed until Christ stepped in and everything came unravelled. I believe that is exactly where God wants us...undone. Incomplete. Unsettled with what we think is best, and embracing Christ, who knows what's best. Trust me, we will never know all the answers or have it all together, but thankfully, we know who does."
They put a line or two about each song before the lyrics for it...i like it...

Went to Art Gallery on sunday...two paintings which stood out...

• First was of the storm when Jesus was sleeping, the artist drew the disciples actually drowning...showing i guess not what actually happened, but the state of their unbelief - the state of their faith. It scared me...because, i could see myself in that painting. I could see myself drowning. Was so much in it, won't write it all up here.
• Second was the simple drawing of the head and shoulders of Jesus. Amazing. Artist took the reason why i sit here saved and put it into its simplist form - Jesus dying for us. Nothing more and nothing less. It was just...i wanted to look at it and look away at the same time. Ink was running, so much pain there...
