blackout.

Last wednesday (?), our house started fizzing...all the plug sockets started buzzing...like if you touched them you'd get an electric shock, the lights started flashing and it was vaguely worrying...so the power dudes told us to turn all our power off...and we ended up in the dark for about 4 hours. (well into the morning...).
But...in a way, it was kind of fun, a mini adventure...
something about having no electricity, with nothing else to do - we just sat around with candles, me n chris played a game...(we drew)...and everything was just markedly more peaceful than before. And everyone paid more attention to each other, because they couldn't just get on with their own thing.
I like it, when im older, if i ever have kids, one night im just gonna turn all the lights out and have a 'power-cut' time to play games, chat n chill out. With the best mood lighting ever - candles! Music could be good too.

Guess things have been a bit mad recently, lots to do - prizegiving, bushra-related stuff, gettin to know uni mates better, friends birthday (all photos on photobucket), more matches, work.
Exams soon - still really unsure how much we need to work, how much effort is needed, what they expect...how to answer exam ques. S'all very new. Still! After 10 weeks!

Would like someone to pray with. This is a general out-there asking for someone to pray with at some point during the next week. Someone, anyone.
Im free monday 2-7, wednesday 2-7, thursday 3-6. Otherwise ill just be working/revising for exams next week durin those times with cat/random uni people.

He knows what He's doing. I can't help but question it sometimes (its my rebellious spirit), but even in questioning, still need to trust. faith methinks its called.
